Winemakers notes ~ Tropical flavors from a little Late Harvest Riesling for sweetness combine with the floral aromatics typical of Viognier, and are balanced by the acidity and citrus notes from the Riesling.
Tasting notes ~ Lilly White is a soft sweet wine with hints of melon and mango. Brie, Gouda, chevre and blue cheese pair delightfully with this wine. Lilly White is marvelous with asparagus, pork tenderloin, shell fish and spicy ethnic foods. Herbs that complement this wine are rosemary, dill, clove and basil.
