Winemakers notes ~ Barreled in American oak for 18 months.
Tasting notes ~ Our Homestead Red is a full bodied red wine with spicy tannins. The Cabernet adds hints of dark cherry and the Syrah gives the wine is peppery finish. Best served at room temperature or slightly cooler. We recommend serving this wine with roast lamb, pulled pork & prime rib. Spices, such as cloves, cinnamon black pepper and basil compliment this wine.
