Winemakers notes ~ We produced this traditional Rose by drawing off the juice from the red Sangiovese grapes during crush, just as the color begins to “bloom” in the wine.
Tasting notes ~ The 2014 vintage is a dryer style, highlighting the intense floral aromatics of the Sangiovese grape. This wine explodes on the palate with perfumed melon and strawberry flavors and has a lovely lingering finish. Serve cool, but not cold to allow this wine to bloom.
