Winemakers notes ~ We produced this traditional Rose by drawing off the juice from the red Sangiovese grapes during crush, just as the color begins to “bloom” in the wine.
Tasting notes ~ Our Blossom is a light-bodied pink wine. The taste of mixed berries is balanced with a finish of ripe melons. Spicy foods like Pad Thai and summer fare like grilled fish and veggies compliment this wine. We recommend serving chilled.
