We Love Our Wine Club Members!

We treat our members like ambassadors!
We are a small family-owned and operated vineyard with a limited budget for marketing our wines. While we don’t have the big advertising dollars we do create wonderful wines and have been blessed with some of the most loyal followers. Not only do these devotees love our wine but they share our wines with friends and family. It’s because of these wonderful fans that Williamson Orchards and Vineyards has continued to grow and in return we like to give back to our wonderful members.

We offer several membership options so you can find the right fit for you!
If you live locally, or visit the area annually, consider one of the Pick Up Clubs. Not a local? Than the Shipping Club is a great option. If you work in the wine industry we have an exclusive club just for you! 

Wine Club Options White Wine Pickup Club ~ Includes bi-monthly releases of 2 pre-set bottles of white wine at premium pricing. Mixed Wine Pickup Club ~ Includes bi-monthly releases of 2 pre-set bottles of mixed wines at premium pricing. Red Wine Pickup Club ~ Includes bi-monthly releases of 2 pre-set bottles of red wine at premium pricing. Industry Pickup Club ~ Must be currently employed by a vineyard or winery, proof of employment required. Includes bi-monthly releases of 2 customizable bottles of mixed wines at premium pricing. Shipping Club ~ Includes biannual releases of 6 customizable bottles at premium pricing shipped to your home.

When is it wine time?

All Pickup Clubs:
February, April, June, August, October, December.
Please note wines are available to pick up starting the first Friday of the designated months.

Shipping Club:
April and October
Please note that shipping club parcels are typically packed and shipped out by the second week of the designated months. However, weather can occasionally delay when wine is shipped out.

 

How does a Pickup Club work?

This is a great option for locals and frequent visitors to enjoy some delicious wines and some wonderful perks!
When you purchase 2 bottles of wine at full price, not only are your tasting fees waived, you are eligible to join our affordable wine club! After you join, you will receive two bottles of select Williamson wines six times a year, and enjoy numerous benefits.

Every other month the Williamson family selects two outstanding bottles to feature in the club release. Personalize your selection by choosing a club category: Red, White, Mixed, or Industry. Members have the opportunity to trade out wines up to the last day of the release month.

Bimonthly, your credit card will be charged for your wines. Members can choose to pick up their wines at the tasting room or can opt in for free local delivery with each release.

Can’t make it out to the winery as often as you would like? Don’t worry, we can hold up to 6 wine releases (12 bottles) before we ship them to you at your cost.

What about local delivery? Williamson’s does offer wine club members one complimentary delivery within the Treasure Valley area per club release. Delivery dates usually fall the week after the release. In according to Idaho state law, the wine must be received in person by an individual who is 21+ years of age. To ensure that someone is home to receive the wine Williamson’s does require that members opt in for delivery service with each release.

How does a Shipping Club work?

For those members who don’t live close by, we offer a club where we ship the wines directly to your home or office. Shipping members receive 6 bottles, twice a year, as well as a complimentary gift with each release. Please note that we can only ship to states where we have a direct-to-consumer wine shipping permit.

Shipping members can personalize your releases by choosing 6 bottles from the curated list of outstanding wines. These lists will change with each release and could include a variety of red, white, rosé, and dessert wines. We try to offer a range of new releases as well as cult classics.

Before each release, members receive an email notification list of wine options, a link to make your selection and a deadline. After selecting your wines, your card on file will be charged for your wines and shipping costs based off of current UPS shipping rates. If for some reason you don’t personalize your selection of wines prior to the deadline, a preset selection of six bottles will automatically sent to you.

Upon arrival, wine must be signed for by an individual 21 years of age during regular business hours. In order to accommodate this requirement your bottles can easily be delivered to your place of business.

Williamson Orchards & Vineyards reserves the right to delay wine shipping due to weather; as temperatures over 80° can cause the wine to spoil. All offers depend on availability and are subject to change.
