Required Deposit & Wine Purchase

All Large Group Reservations will either require tasting fees or a minimum purchase. A non-refundable deposit will be required, at the time of reservation, to hold your date/time. However, the deposit will be applied towards the purchase of wine purchase or tasting fees.

Deposit Levels

  • 15 to 19 guests $60
  • 20 to 25 guests $120
  • 26 to 30 guests $210

 Deposit Includes

  • Use of wine glasses.
  • Use of designated indoor space(s) and/or grounds. 
  • Tables/chairs/benches/stools currently used in
    our tasting room, event room and ground
    • Power outlets
  • Parking

Option A – Minimum Wine Purchase

This option allows you to pick your own wines and set your own pace. The number of bottles required is determined by the number of guests attending. With Option A you can select their wines in advance or during their reserved time. The wines purchased with reservation of space will be used to serve your guests, unless otherwise agreed upon. There are no guarantees on availability of specific vintages/varietals, unless set aside at the time of reservation. The final total for large group reservations will be the greater amount between either the deposit or the wine. Example: A group reservation for 26 to 30 guests would pay whichever is greater; the $210 deposit or total cost for 8 bottles of their choosing.

 Wine Purchase Levels

  • Reservations with 15 to 19 guests are required to purchase 4 bottles of wine.
  • Reservations with 20 to 25 guests are required to purchase 6 bottles of wine.
  • Reservations with 26 to 30 guests are required to purchase 8 bottles of wine.

**Promotion, half-case and wine club discounts all apply to minimum purchase requirements

Option B – Minimum Wine Purchase

This option follows a more traditional style of wine tasting experience. Your group will sample through a curated selection of five wines led by our knowledgeable staff. With Option B our staff will select your wines and guide you through them as you taste. Your group will be charged a tasting fee per person. The deposit for your large group reservations will be applied to your total tasting fee costs at the end of the experience.

Large Group Tasting Fees

  • $10.00 per person
  • Tasting fees do not apply to Williamson Vineyard Wine Club members. If you have a current member in your party, they will be exempt from tasting fees
    **We do not waive tasting fees with the purchase of wine for large groups.

Food Options

Guests are allowed to bring in a small cooler of food. However, we offer a selection of picnic-styled snacks on site for purchase. Williamson’s does not have a commercial kitchen.

Beer and Other Spirits

No outside wines, beer or liquor are allowed on site. No glass bottles or glasses allowed. Beer can be purchased for your event through Williamson’s beer/wine license.

Non-alcoholic beverages

Williamson’s encourages that people stay safe and stay hydrated, therefor we make water easily available to all our guests. In addition, we also offer a limited selection of flavored teas and lemonades for purchase in the tasting room.

Availability

Our event space & grounds can be reserved from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Wednesday – Sunday, in 2-hour increments. Alternative times of availability can be possible on a case by case basis. Our Tasting room’s regular hours are 12:00 pm to 5:00 PM, Wed – Sun, with extended hours on Fri & Sat in June – Sept. Regardless of event space reservation, the tasting room will be open to the public, during our regular business hours.

Children & Pets Policy

Children under the age of 21 are allowed on the property and in the tasting room as long as they are accompanied by an adult. We ask that families please keep children from climbing any trees, buildings or landscaping features. We encourage guests to leave their pets at home. We do allow service animals into the tasting and event rooms if they are wearing their vests and must remain on a leash at all times.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund of the deposit up to 7 days prior to the reserved date. Reservations can be canceled up for a partial (50%) refund of the deposit up to 48 hours prior to the reserved date.
